About us
One Hundred (+) Years of Faith
“The History of Now Faith Community Baptist Church”
Scripture:
Scripture says Where two or three are gathered, there I will be also. In 1918 a family sought a gathering place to worship the Lord. God massaged the heart of Mr. Jasper Perry, who donated the land for this Bethel spot for a church to be built. Later, Mr. Henry Perry also donated land for a church cemetery where loved ones could be laid to rest. What began as a plank edifice has been improved over the years so that it can better serve the needs of God’s people. One hundred years later, the Church is Still Standing!
We acknowledge and are thankful for the Shepherds God placed here over the past one hundred years:

With our current pastor Rev. Brinkley, we follow him as he follows Christ. We look forward to all that God has in store for us as we continue working for the Lord. As we look at the condition of the world around us, we see that the work before us is plenty, but the laborers are few.
