ENTRY INFORMATION
COMMUNITY COOKING COMPETITION is A Non-profit event hosted by NOW FAITH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER, Inc. We are cooking to better our community, to improve senior services and to provide tutoring and educational support for youth in our community. We can better our community but we must work together.
BACKYARD GRILL MASTERS COMPETITION WILL BE IN CHICKEN, RIBS (BEEF & PORK)
Each entry category is $50 for Individuals and Teams.
BEST DESSERT IN KNIGHTDALE COMPETITION ($25 ENTRY FEE).
(Contestants must prepare deserts samples for 50 people)
PROFESSIONAL WING COMPETITION ($100 ENTRY FEE) For local restaurants and caterers.
*Tables will be available, tents are welcomed and encouraged and must be supplied, setup and broken down by each team. If you need more than one table it’s recommended you bring an additional one.
Additional Items:
•Registration Deadline September 24th at 7pm
•This is a community fundraiser event to help raise funds to improve senior and youth services in our community
•Participants Meeting September 25th at 7pm to briefly review rules, setup info, etc. Meeting is at Now Faith Community Baptist Church , 8933 Buffaloe Road, Knightdale, NC.
•Participants are asked to prepare for 50 people to sample your food. (Discount meat purchased by sponsor US Foods, Sample dish trays will be provided, Dessert Competition prepare samples for 50 people)
•Fee includes Contact Person Unlimited Tasting
•Please bring all cooking items/supplies needed
•No Pets allowed
PAYMENT: Mail checks to address below.
2009 Tax deduction receipt for meat purchased for this event.

EACH CATEGORY AWARDS & PRIZES
- 1st Place: $150 & Trophy
- 2nd Place: $100 & Trophy
- 3rd Place: $75 & Trophy
A local celebrity judging panel will choose all winners. In addition to the overall tastiness of the food, presentation to judges will be considered.
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY April 24th, 2010.

AGREEMENT
In consideration and your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive any/all rights and claims for damages I may have against Now Faith Community Development Center, Inc, the city of Knightdale and all of it’s sponsors for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my team at the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, video tapes recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the COMMUNITY COOKING COMPETTION. My signature on this application signifies an agreement for my participation at the COMMUNITY COOKING COMPETTION. Furthermore I have read all the rules and requirements that pertain to the competition at
